By joining, donating to, paying dues to, or purchasing merchandise from the American Communist Party ("ACP," "the Party," "we," or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and affirmatively agreed to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
Payment of dues, donations, or purchases constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms, whether completed online, via third-party payment processor, or through any ACP-affiliated platform.
ACP is a voluntary political organization. Membership dues are not payments for goods or services, but contributions supporting the Party’s political, educational, and organizational activities.
Membership does not guarantee:
ACP reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership at its sole discretion.
All membership dues, donations, and contributions to ACP are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
This provision does not apply to merchandise purchases, which are governed by Section 5 (Store Purchases and Preorders).
ACP reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership associated with fraudulent or abusive payment disputes, consistent with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any payment-dispute rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
ACP merchandise may be purchased by members and by members of the general public. Purchasing merchandise does not constitute membership in, affiliation with, or endorsement by ACP. Merchandise purchases are transactions for goods and are separate from membership dues and donations.
Certain merchandise may be offered for preorder before manufacture or general availability. Any estimated shipping or fulfillment period will be clearly disclosed before the order is submitted.
If ACP cannot ship a preorder within the stated timeframe, ACP will provide any notice, opportunity to consent to a delay, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law. If ACP cancels a preorder or is unable to fulfill it, ACP will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled merchandise.
Any additional return, exchange, shipping, or cancellation terms clearly disclosed before the order is submitted are incorporated into these Terms.
Payments may be processed through verified third-party platforms. ACP is not responsible for the policies, errors, or technical limitations of such providers.
Users are responsible for reviewing these Terms prior to payment, regardless of the platform used.

Violation may result in immediate termination of membership without refund of dues or contributions except where required by applicable law.
ACP may modify these Terms at any time. Continued membership or payment after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Merchandise purchases remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time the order was placed unless otherwise required by applicable law.
These Terms govern financial transactions only and do not supersede ACP’s Constitution or internal governance procedures.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or protections provided by applicable law.
